• Sign up opens March 2 at 8am for priority email list, March 9th for all - see To Reserve Your Spot instructions below

• Rooms will be sold on first come/first serve basis with whole room bookings given preference over holding an open space/half room for single bookings. Single bookings in shared rooms will be paired up.

• Deposits only taken upon confirmation. See Payment Schedule below

• Early Bird pricing ends April 20th

• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your booking and we find someone to take your place, you will receive a refund minus your deposit. If you cancel your booking and you find someone to take your place, you will receive a refund minus a $250 administration fee. If you cancel your booking and no replacement is found, no refund will be offered. 

• Monthly payment plans are available by credit card and are subject to a 4% system processing fee - contact me for details & enrollment

• Flights cost and booking are the responsibility of each individual attending.  See above Not Included and read NOTE Section carefully

• A signed waiver must be completed.  This includes you agreeing to purchase travel insurance.

 

Payment Schedule:

• $450 deposit due upon confirmation of booking. Deposit is non-refundable for any reason. (see above for cancellation details)

• June 15, 2024 - 50% (minus deposit) due

• September 14, 2024 - remaining balance due

  • Your name and date of birth

  • room choice

  • roommates (if applicable) and their date of birth

• You will receive a confirmation email of your reservation within 2 days - then deposit will be due. Please await confirmation email and details before sending any money.
